Task Force Examines Next Steps to Solve Court Funding Crisis

Members of the ABA Task Force on Preservation of the Justice System met to review their progress and plan for the future at an ABA Annual Meeting forum titled “Strategies for Saving Our Underfunded Courts: Is Anybody Listening?”   Headed up by co-chairs David Boies and Theodore B. Olson since its inception in 2010, the task force is preparing its next phase, which includes developing messages that will resonate with the public and lawmakers.
