ABA House of Delegates Adopts Ethics 20/20 Resolution 107A

The ABA House of Delegates adopts Resolution 107A during the 2013 ABA Midyear Meeting in Dallas. The measure permits foreign lawyers to serve as in-house counsel in the United States, but with the added requirement that foreign lawyers not advise on U.S. law, except in consultation with the U.S.-licensed lawyer.
