Resolution 104E: Defense Lawyers Should Investigate and Inquire About Juvenile Defendants’ Immigration Status
The ABA House of Delegates adopts Resolution 104E, which urges defense lawyers to inquire and investigate the immigration status of juvenile defendants and inform them of any collateral consequences of their arrest or conviction.
