Legal Adviser to The Department Of State to Speak on U.S National Security Policy

Harold Koh, legal adviser, U.S. Department of State, will share his views this coming Tuesday on the legal implications of the administration’s national security policy at an _’s Standing Committee on Law and National Security breakfast program.

Former dean of Yale Law School, Koh is one of the country’s leading experts on public and private international law, national security law and human rights. He and his team of lawyers are responsible for advising the secretary of State, the White House and other government departments on the scope of domestic and international law matters affecting U.S. foreign relations.
