CHICAGO, Oct. 5, 2010 – The _ Section of Intellectual Property Law recently published The Tech Contracts Handbook: Software Licenses and Technology Services Agreements for Lawyers and Businesspeople, a comprehensive reference book and training manual on information technology contracts.
The book is authored by David W. Tollen, the founder of Tech Contracts Chalkboard, a company that provides training on negotiating and drafting technology agreements. In addition to his work at TCC, Tollen has a law practice in San Francisco that focuses on information technology and intellectual property transactions, including software licensing, as well as Internet and e-commerce law.
