Robinson Pushes for Adequate Funding of State Courts in Final Presidential Speech
In his final presidential speech before the _ House of Delegates, President Wm. T. (Bill) Robinson III expresses the need to address the underfunding of state courts. For the past year he has traveled the country speaking to key stakeholders about court closures, vacancies and layoffs that states have experienced nationwide.
