Resolution 104F: Human Trafficking Victims Should Not Be Prosecuted for Trafficking-Related Crimes

The ABA House of Delegates adopted Resolution 104F, which supports legislation that would prevent human trafficking victims from being prosecuted for trafficking-related crimes.
